What if I need help right now?

We're believers in making you feel comfortable during our time together. You have been through enough. You deserve an environment where you can speak without judgement and someone telling you what to do. It's your session and your goal. We want to be mindful of your time, so we often ask, "What would be the best use of our time today?" You may have something that needs to be discussed or you may refer to me and my guidance. We're in this together.

What is a session like with you?

Everyone's journey is different and we need to be realistic with our expectations. It's not unlikely to feel a sense of relief after the first visit. Just getting to talk the first session is extremely valuable. But, progress depends on many factors. We can't promise results, but we can give you the very best of support and care that you deserve. We're here when you're ready.

How long will it take before I feel better?

We totally get it. Sometimes, you just don't feel the fit with a specific therapist. No judgement here.
We can offer referals to someone who you might feel more comfortable with. We want what's best for you!

What if I come for the first session but don’t want to come back?

Therapy can give you the support to enjoy your life again. We all go through difficult times and need help to feel good again. Whether you want to decrease anxiety, sadness, or anger, therapy gives you a safe place to be heard, increase your understanding, develop your voice, and gain valuable skills to manage your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. You don't have to do it on your own. We're here when you need us.

How can therapy help me?

Online therapy utilizes a HIPAA secure internet connection. Simply click the link you recieve from your computer or phone and you'll be connected to your therapist. And don't forget, you'll need a quiet, private location where you can talk openly without interruption.

How does online therapy work?

Oh, we sure hope not. We strive to make sure therapy isn't weird, boring, or uncomfortable. We take extra pride in giving you the experience you deserve. The best therapy is the one you enjoy. We're here to help you reach your goal.

If I come to see you, will it be weird or uncomfortable?
